Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?

I imagine it would be very difficult. Roads/sidewalks are in various stages of repair and the escalators were out frequently at the little mall. I did know a Basotho woman who was confined to a wheelchair, but she was fortunate/wealthy enough to have the proper supports in place. - Aug 2015
It would be difficult, but better than in most African countries. People in wheelchairs can often find an elevator, for example, but not always. Outside of Maseru, it would be almost impossible for someone with physical disabilities to get around. - Jun 2010
