What types of jobs do most expatriate spouses/partners have? Locally based or telecommuting? Full-time or part-time? Can you comment on local salary scales?
it is hard to get work permits, but some people have found cool jobs with Vodacom and such. - May 2016
I didn't know of any expats who were working locally outside of Embassies, NGOs, or non-profit health organizations, aside from a cake baker and a Thai chef who cooked for the Embassy a few days during the week. I think it would be frustrating and pay couldn't be that great. - Aug 2015
