Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?
The winter is a challenge for regularly-abled people. Almost everyone slips and falls at least once during the season, yours truly included. For someone with a wheelchair or who has difficulty walking, navigating the winter landscape is likely difficult and treacherous. No other particular issues, I don't think. Buses may not be easy for wheelchairs, but subways make accommodations. - Sep 2011
