What kinds of organic, vegetarian and allergy-friendly foods are available, such as organic produce, gluten-free products, meat substitutes for vegetarians, etc?
Organic foods are available. Specialty stores exist. Don't know about allergy-friendly foods. Vegetarians are not unheard of here, so those ingredients can be had and most restaurants have meat-free options. I work and travel with a vegetarian who does not starve. - Sep 2011
