Jerusalem - Post Report Question and Answers

What English-language religious services are available locally?

I can only speak to Christian services of which there are many including Catholic, Baptist, and Non-denominational (King of Kings, Jerusalem Assembly, etc.). - Sep 2024

All of them, it's Jerusalem! I don't go, but we have friends who have found great Christian church communities here. - Aug 2018

Everything monotheistic, it's Jerusalem. I don't know about non-monotheistic religions, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were services for those as well. - Apr 2018

Yes -- this is the world capitol for every religion! - Dec 2016

A lot I would imagine. - Aug 2015

Notre Dame offers English Catholic mass. - Mar 2014

Yes, English at least for Christians. - Aug 2013

I think so, but I don't really know. I know there are Anglican and Mormon services in English, and I'm sure there are others, as well. Most local Christians attend services in Arabic. I'm sure all Muslim services are in Arabic, and I assume that is the case for Jewish services, as well, although it appears that some synagogues have predominantly English-speaking members. - Jul 2013

Yes, a lot. Most Anglicans go to St. George Cathedral, close to the American Colony hotel. For Catholics, the Notre dame center is really good. - Feb 2009
