What is the overall climate: is it extremely hot or cold, wet or dry, at any time of year, for example?
Brutal, humid summers. It starts getting nice in September, and then it's okay until April or so. Winter is pleasant for the most part, but there will probably be some cold, damp days (below 10 Celsius/50 Fahrenheit). - Sep 2015
