How much of the local language do you need for daily living? Are local language classes/tutors available and affordable?
Everyone speaks English but Manitoba is a bilingual province. French is not necessary, but a nice bonus. - Apr 2016
They speak English here. There is one area of the city where people speak French, but that's about it. Everything here though - signs, labels, etc, are in English and in French. - Aug 2013
