Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?
Depending on the disability since you would need to speak Japanese for some of the services. The base has some services but depending of the disability it might be hard to find. There is a therapy clinic, called TELL, off base where most of the therapists are American. - Jul 2021
