Do you have any recommendations regarding mobile phones? Did you keep your home-country plan or use a local provider?
You can either bring an unlocked smart phone or buy one when you get here. If you buy or bring a smart phone, it has to be registered with the government and it can be a very tedious process. I used a pay as you go phone, which was just easier to manage. - May 2015
