Are there any particular health concerns? What is the quality of available medical care? What medical conditions typically require medical evacuation?
It is recommended that we take anti-malarial pills while in Brazzaville. The local healthcare is not up to U.S. standards by any means. However; we do have a good health unit at the embassy with two part-time local health care providers and one part-time nurse. Major medical emergencies would require medevac to Pretoria. - Jul 2020
