There are a lot of places where you can buy hand-made/locally made crafts. There are also a lot of wood crafts and bead crafts that you can bargain on. - Jan 2016
It's not really the *things* here that are interesting (you can get baskets, ostrich eggs, giant wooden giraffes, etc., just like you can in the rest of Africa). We're spending our money on game drives and lodge fees and getting pictures of cheetahs, lions, and giraffes. Namibia's real draw is the experience of seeing everything. - May 2013
