Tons - this is THE PLACE to be a kid (except the crime but we hope the kids don't worry like the adults have to!) Rock climbing, horse riding, all manner of sports, everything. There is a huge sports culture here - rugby is the main sport (not big in the U.S.), but you can find everything else, too. There are great opportunities for kids and adults to challenge themselves with bike races, 5K runs, open dam swims, etc. - Aug 2009
