What accommodations do schools make for special-needs kids?
It depends on what the needs are. If it is an issue, it is best to contact Rainbow Plaza or the Fukuoka Prefecture Board of Education for information. There are special schools for kids with special needs here, but they are limited and I am not sure how they would work with a non-Japanese speaker. - Jan 2007
