How do you send and receive your letters and package mail? Are local postal facilities adequate?
There is DHL. I don't know about local post but I do know, in my opinion, they are not reliable in some of the former Soviet countries. I would not be surprised if that was the case here as well. We use pouch and DPO and usually receive our packages in two to three, sometimes four weeks. - Oct 2021
We have DPO and pouch addresses. It takes about three weeks to send/receive mail from the States. - Apr 2019
We have both DPO and pouch. The DPO comes through the US Embassy in Vilnius, so how often it arrives depends on how often someone from the embassy runs up for it. It can take awhile for things to get here sometimes. Outgoing mail goes through Vilnius. - Oct 2011
