Is it easy to make friends with locals here? Are there any prejudices or any ethnic groups who might feel uncomfortable here?
Tough to meet locals unless you are fluent in Russian and make an effort to seek people out. People seem to keep to themselves here. Very family oriented place. - Jun 2021
