What is the relative size of the expatriate community? How would you describe overall morale among expatriates?
Small if speaking only about Americans. We rarely meet another American. There are a handful of other international students in our kids' classes at school. Durban is not a hub for expats, but locals are very welcoming and genuinely interested in why we are here. - Sep 2024
