What English-language religious services are available locally?
None that I know of. San Carlos is a lovely beach community that snow birds go to (Americans and Canadians). I've seen English language church services advertised. - Sep 2024

There is a Mormon Ward, Catholic churches, protestant churches and a Jehovah's Witness Hall in Hermosillo, all primarily in Spanish. - Aug 2022
