What do people who suffer from environmental or food allergies need to know?
The summers are hot in Hermosillo (same climate as Phoenix and Tucson) so people complain that it's too hot outside. For food allergies you can find gluten free products locally but they are often quite expensive. Being a vegetarian is hard but doable in Hermosillo. You just have to be creative and patient when you're explaining to the waiter why you don't want meat in the enchiladas. - Sep 2024
