What kinds of gyms or other sports/workout facilities are available? Are they expensive?
I don't have a membership anywhere but I hear they are comparable to US prices. There is a thing called multisport which the AERA store sells which basically allows you to go to multiple different gyms throughout the city. The embassy does have a small gym available for use. - Jun 2023
Inside the US Embassy there is a gym, free for staff, their family members, and marines. Outside the embassy we never sought out other gyms or workout facilities, but did notice a few while walking through town. - Mar 2019

Yes, there are many choices at all price levels. A lot of men go to World Class Fitness Academy, a Russian chain offering modern equipment, though expensive. A lot of women go to Curves. - Jun 2011
