What have been the highlights of your time in this country? Best trips or experiences?
Bulgaria is naturally beautiful, mountainous and very green when in the right season. Plovdiv is one of my favorite cities, and we have really enjoyed going out hiking. - Jun 2023
The views are AMAZING! From almost anywhere in the city you can see Mt Vitosha. There are so many parks to visit. We Visited Veliko Tarnovo. This amazing cliff side town is beautiful, but be warned it can be a workout to visit. - Mar 2019

Sofia offers tons of indoor kiddo play areas. They are very nice and inexpensive. Great for parents with toddlers. Tap water is safe and tastes very good in here. - Aug 2014
