Are there any particular mental health issues that tend to crop up at post, such as Seasonal Affective Disorder (winter blues)?
Isolation and boredom. Not being able to walk around anywhere is incredibly frustrating. Work loads seem to be high, so you can bury yourself in work, but that has its own issues. If you have children, you will worry about their mental health. - Jun 2016
