Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?

Nothing is designed to make it easy for people with physical disabilities, from hotels and restaurants, to sidewalks and stores. The only ramps and facilitating devices I've seen are at the shopping malls, airport, ANS campus and the Embassy. - Apr 2009
