What kinds of gyms or other sports/workout facilities are available? Are they expensive?

There are plenty of gyms, though I've heard they separate men from women? The compound has a gym and instructors that advertise, if one is interested. There are classes such as Vinyasa Yoga that is about 70QR a class or if you buy a pack of 6, you can get it for 300QR. Personal trainers are there as well. Weights, treadmills, bicycles, ellipticals, etc., are within this large, well air-conditioned room. - Oct 2023
Segregated gyms everywhere. People also hired personal trainers. The gyms at the housing compounds are not segregated. - Jul 2022

All of the compounds and apartment towers have gyms. Quality can vary greatly. All of the hotels have impressive and extremely expensive gyms as well. Monthly memberships are available. Classes are an additional (and also expensive) cost. - May 2017
Housing compounds all have gyms that are adequate and free to use for residents. Hotels have nicer gyms, but those are costly. There's also a CrossFit gym and several yoga studios here, but those are costly. - May 2017
