Is this a good city for LGBT expatriates? Why or why not?
I only knew one openly gay guy there (if you go you will also eventually get to know him) and I thought he was pretty brave. Tanzanian society is not gay friendly. However, that is not to say that there aren't gays there. - Nov 2008
