Closed mind. This is not America. I mean that in mostly a good way. Thais are great people who have a very tolerant society on most levels. They are terrific with kids and don't like people who are pushy or overly aggressive. The only time I have seen a person handcuffed here was in a supermarket after she had slapped her son. They took her into custody and escorted her right out of the store. - Feb 2009
