Are there any unusual problems with insects or other infestations in housing?
I didn't experience anything and don't necessarily agree with comments about mosquitoes seen in other posts, but maybe my home was simply situated differently. Tick issues out in the woods was something we were warned about, however. - Jun 2017
Lots. Mosquitoes are horrible, but the real danger are the disease carrying ticks in the forest. Treatment for these diseases are spotty and locals avoid the woods during tick season of May and June especially. - Apr 2012
Ticks are a problem because they carry deadly encephalitis. Vaccinations are available against it, though, and ticks are not a problem in the city. - Jun 2009
