Are there any particular mental health issues that tend to crop up at post, such as Seasonal Affective Disorder (winter blues)?
Not that I know of. The challenges associated with not knowing the language can get frustrating, and the abruptness of some Turks was wearing. Overall Istanbul is a fairly easy city to live in though. - Aug 2021
