Are there any particular mental health issues that tend to crop up at post, such as Seasonal Affective Disorder (winter blues)?
The isolation can affect people. We have a small green zone in Matamoros and although you can cross into Texas, many people over there won't come visit you in Matamoros. This can contribute to a sense of isolation. - Aug 2021
