Yes, but high-speed in name and in reality are not always the same thing here in Mexico. Our internet was already installed when we arrived in our home. We spend 400 pesos a month for local phone and internet, so that is less than US$30. - Aug 2016
High-speed is relative, we were able to watch Netflix, it cuts out ocassionally, but was pretty good overall. I think I was paying about US$40 a month, you have to pay your bill though, otherwise they cut it off without notice...normally on Sunday nights and you have to run out and pay. - Aug 2015
Yes -- everyone uses Telmex. Average cost is about US$50/month for decent DSL speeds. You can pay in tiered plans to increase speed. - Feb 2012
