Are qualified veterinarians and/or good kennel services available? Do animals need to be quarantined upon entry to the country? Are there other considerations regarding pets that are particular to this country?

Yes, nowhere to walk your dogs in reality, it's not safe to walk on the streets outside your compound so dog-walking options are limited. People manage, but I do not know how. Please poop and scoop if you walk your dog, as there are limited dog walking options and there are also limited toddler walking options. - May 2022

It is very hard, nearly impossible to bring a pet to Post, although this is easing. A lot of people adopt pets on the island. Veterinary care is not cheap, and is not comparable to U.S. standards. - Aug 2018
