How do you send and receive your letters and package mail? Are local postal facilities adequate?
I use email and on the rare occasion that I have to send a hard copy, I use DHL or FedEx. There is no official postal service in Panama. - Dec 2021

DPO or Pouch. Amazon is fairly quick - usually you will get your orders in about a week. There are some local courier and shipping services, but I think they're a little expensive. Panama doesn't really have a well-instituted local postal service. - Mar 2017
