Quality pet care available (vets & kennels)?

People will pets seem satisfied with the availability of pet care. I don't know anyone who has kenneled their animal though. There are enough people that someone will usually watch it for them. - Jan 2013

There is one vet that speaks English, and people have had a mixed response to him. We've had great luck with him, but he's expensive -- and a few others won't ever go back to see him. - Jul 2009
