Is it easy to make friends with locals here? Are there any prejudices or any ethnic groups who might feel uncomfortable here?
Yes, it's easy to make friends but they might not be friends you want to make. Chinese people generally like white Americans (they just don't like Trump) so if you hang out with them you'll get an earful about our government. In my opinion, they are wary of black people and can be quite racist to other Asian people. - Nov 2020
