What is the relative size of the expatriate community? How would you describe overall morale among expatriates?
In addition to the Embassy presence, there are strong expat communities from other countries as well. Many diplomats joined the Brody Club, where you can meet many expats. Morale is excellent. This city is a treasure. - Feb 2020
