What types of jobs do most expatriate spouses/partners have? Locally based or telecommuting? Full-time or part-time? Can you comment on local salary scales?
Plenty of EFM jobs at embassy ranging from part-time escort to EPAP. Some folks teach at the international schools. - Sep 2023

My wife is a teacher and has worked at TISA the last four years. There are also jobs at the Embassy. Options for volunteering are around, but you'd have to look carefully. I think Covid is also helping to increase telework opportunities. - Jun 2021
