Are the teachers at the school required to speak English as a first language--or at least fluently?
No. Most teachers are not native English speakers. In fact, I am often surprised they were hired by an English-only school. - Aug 2023

Fluent, no. Passible, yes. The one email I received from the prior French teacher demonstrated that she had little command of English, which explained why our student was having trouble learning the parts of speech from her in French. She has been replaced. - Dec 2013
